Ditsy's Story
Floristry was something I'd always wanted to explore since a little girl. I'd watch my Grandma and Mother in awe as they arranged fresh blooms every week. Whilst at university, I approached many floristries in hope to finally live my fantasy. Turns out I was swimming in a sea of no's. So, deep in the trenches of covid, I decided to create my own. Inspired by my personal love of wildflower meadows and fairy-like country settings, Ditsy and Daisy was born. I started Ditsy and Daisy as a city-girl living in Manchester with my best friend. Three years later, I live in a small South Yorkshire town called Bawtry with my own little family. I have a one year old daughter called Posie and two cats, Teddy and ZuZu. My goal for this floristry of mine is to open my very own real-life shop one day! For now, my kitchen is forever overtaken by blooms.
